The results of this study address that (1) Bangen Tawai Waterfall has had a naturally formed spatial potential to support improving the quality of space for tourism; (2) Facility Plans to be developed activities that can be developed include decks of views for tourist visits circulation, Forest Restaurant (Dining area with forest atmosphere), Amphitheater area with waterfall backgrounds for traditional arts performances, environmental education areas and views with visual corridors towards the waterfall; (3) Subdistrict Sei Tarifer has a variety of tourist attractions that can be packaged with Tawai Build Waterfall in a single tour package; (4) Based on the results of the identification of the potential of tourist attraction in Sei Subdistrict, it can be compiled thematic tour packages with the main theme of 'Edutourism Sei Rotating "with three sub-thematic tour packages, namely Edutourism Agro and the typical forest nature of Kalimantan, Edu-Creative-Tourism Arts Traditional culture of Kalimantan, and Edutourism History of Post-Independence Struggle on the Border of Kalimantan.
